Swire Properties commissioned Decora to paint a Showflat in this luxury condo building “Eden” close to orchard road. A number of mystery buyers purchased all 20 units in the building for a total of SGD300 million. So far no one has spoken out and revealed themselves as purchasers of the luxury condo.
