Mystery Buyer Buys Luxury Condo Painted by Decora

Swire Properties commissioned Decora to paint a Showflat in this luxury condo building “Eden” close to orchard road.  A number of mystery buyers purchased all 20 units in the building for a total of SGD300 million. 

So far no one has spoken out and revealed themselves as purchasers of the luxury condo.

The area where Eden stands was where the Hampton Court condo used to be before it was demolished. It cost Swire Properties SGD155 million to build Eden. London-based architect Thomas Heatherwick designed Eden. Swire Properties completed Eden in 2019 together with each unit consisting of 4 en suite bedrooms. As a result, all 20 units are around 300sqm.
