Scope of Works:
- Repainting GRC panels in the façade area and rotunda entrance/canopy area
- Remove existing caulking and replace with new caulking in the façade area and rotunda entrance/canopy area
Opening its doors on 6 September 2006, Wynn Macau is one of the regions most visited and luxurious casinos, remaining it’s status despite the expanding hospitality and gambling industry. It’s operated by international resort developer Wynn Resorts, who also operates Wynn Macau’s sister casino in Las Vegas. U.S.A, which opened the year before.
The entrance to Golden Flower stands on the east façade accompanied by Prada and Hermes signage. Uneven patches were found on the canopy above Golden Flower and multiple parts of the façade were in need re-caulking and repainting.
